From October 16 2025. In order to open new company in Japan. you should have capital 3,00,000,00 yen.

Question 1:- Can I able to use the money from that Capital amount?
=>Yes, you can use it. but it should be expenses like rent, office equipment, worker salary, etc.

Question 2:- I have open new company recently (i.e before October 16 2025). Should I have to show capital 3,00,000,00 yen also?
=>Ans:- No, You do not have to show capital 3,00,000,00 yen. But (i.e From 2028.10.16) you should make your company capital 3,00,000,00 yen. You many need Additional Document.
