1. Main Important: You should know where is your the company located, what your company does, how many branches are there in your company, and what kind of work, you will to do in your company!. You can search on google about your company, visit your company website. You can look reviews about your company in google maps,. Try searching in internet before you coming to Japan.
2. Most Important: You should know how much is your monthly salary will be. Basic salary / Minimum salary for the all citizen of Japan is 18man which is around one lakh and eighty thousand in Nepali rupees. In Most Cases, Problem will arise during the renewal of your visa in immigration if you show others salary does not matches and the actual salary your get.
3. You should know whether is your company is paying your insurance fee/ pension.. etc or by yourself.
4. You should know whether is your company is Haken company or the company itself. If your company ( Company that you going to working), takes the whole responsibility like (coe, extension,.. etc)of you visa. then your are lucky.

7. Does the company give bonuses? What is the arrangement? How much effort do you have to put in for a salary increase!
8. How many foreigners are there in your company and how many positions can you reach with your skills and what level of education is required!
9. Is there a paid holiday? If Yes, how many days you receive in a year?
10. Is your company is black listed company? You may faced in visa issue, if and only if your company is black listed company.
Lastly. Be ware to the agent who send you Japan with out the basic Japanese, without company interview, without the proper informations of your company,.. etc.
